Infineon Technologies DEMO_XDPS2201_65W1 Demo Board

Infineon Technologies DEMO_XDPS2201_65W1 Demo Board implements the XDPS2201 together with two CoolMOS™ super-junction MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration. The 65W USB-PD type C PPS Charger Demo Board features high power density and high efficiency with both fixed and PPS output in an ultra-compact form factor.

The Infineon DEMO_XDPS2201_65W1 Demo Board integrates an XDPS2201 digital hybrid flyback controller, IPP60R180C7 and IPD60R180C7 600V CoolMOS™ C7 Superjunction MOSFETs, a BSC093N15NS5 OptiMOS™ PD synchronous-rectification MOSFET, and a BSZ086P03NS3 G -30V OptiMOS™ MOSFET as a safety switch.
