Infineon Technologies BTF3080EJ Demonstration Board

Infineon Technologies BTF3080EJ Demonstration Board (BTF3080EJDEMOBOARDTOBO1) provides an evaluation platform for the BTF3080EJ HITFET™ 80mΩ Single-Channel Smart Low-Side Power Switch. The BTF3080EJ Demonstration Board features a pre-mounted BTF3080EJ device in a PG-TDSO-8-31 package. All device pins can be directly accessed for signal measurements. The BTF3080EJ Demonstration Board can be used as a stand-alone evaluation tool or used in combination with an Arduino UNO.

The BTF3080EJ Demonstration Board can be controlled either with the general logic I/O-ports of a microcontroller or with a PWM. The Demonstration Board includes a typical application circuit to control the BTF3080EJ. This Board offers a quick evaluation of the device, the
Status Latch functionality, the SRP functionality, the ENABLE functionality, the I_lim_trigger functionality, the turn-ON in Inverse Current Condition functionality, and all protection features.

Arduino and XMC1100 Boot Kit compatible
Provides continuous current load (30V, 15A) between V_OUT and GND
Green LED indicates when the logic supply voltage is connected and ON
Test points for Output Voltage, Input Logic, Status, and Logic Voltage
Input Logic and Status can be monitored via the Arduino interface
