Infineon Technologies Auxiliary Water Pump Reference Design

Infineon Technologies Auxiliary Water Pump Reference Design is developed for 3-phase automotive auxiliary water pumps in the thermal management system. The reference design offers minimal BOM and PCB size and is optimized in terms of EMC and thermal behavior. The water pump reference design consists of three major parts including TLE9879QXW40 embedded power IC, IAUC60N04S6N031H 40V MOSFET, and IPZ40N04S5-3R1 OptiMOS™. Typical applications include the auxiliary water pump, oil pump, 100W BLDC motor for 12V application.
