Infineon Technologies AIKQ200N75CP2 Duo Pack EDT2™ IGBT is housed in a TO247PLUS package and designed for main inverter systems. The benchmark 750V EDT2 technology significantly improves the energy efficiency for high voltage automotive applications. It enables battery voltages up to 470V and safe fast switching due to increased overvoltage margins. This TO-247PLUS package with high creepage distance fulfills automotive high voltage application requirements up to 470V Vdc. As a widely used package in discrete inverter system design, this package offers high compatibility to replace older devices in existing inverter designs.
