Infineon Technologies 1kW Engine Cooling Fan Reference Design is an automotive engine cooling fan application. The system is controlled by a system on chip microcontroller with an integrated MOSFET driver, and an OptiMOS™-6 leadless MOSFETs. The design drives loads up to 1kW at a battery voltage of 12V.
