Heyco Cable & Wire Management Components

Heyco Cable and Wire Management Components include cable connectors, clamps, and holders. These components manage cables by gathering, routing, and directing single or bundles of cables and closing open ends in wired systems. The clamps and holders are designed to be used at intervals in almost every electrical installation.

Closed-End Wire Connectors
- Quick, permanent, and secure installation with the recommended crimp tool [0992 (YS-7)]
- Five sizes ranging from 22AWG to 10AWG
- UL rated at 600V
- Closed-end nylon shell with plated copper internal sleeve
- Gray, blue, orange, yellow, and red color options for easy size and capacity identification
- Square wire spring insert bites into and securely connects 22AWG to 10AWG
- Fluted body for easy assembly
HEYClip™ Blind Head and Adhesive Back Mount Cable Holders
- Gather and route/direct single or bundles of cables
- Apply to a clean, dry surface
- Adhesive backing on part has a tab for easy removal
HEYClip™ Shorty Side Entry and Ladder Cable Holders
- Ideal when space is restricted and side entry is required
- Adjustable design secures wire bundles
- Applies simply to a clean dry surface

Nylon Cable Clamps
- For clamping cable or tubing securely into place
- Resists corrosion, salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease, and common solvents
- All parts are size marked in inches and millimeters
SunClamp™ Stainless Steel and Steel Cushion Cable Clamps
- For clamping cable or tubing securely into place, especially in harsh environments
- Smooth “coined” clamp edges prevent damage to cable insulation
- Constructed from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel
- All parts require a 5.2mm (0.203″) mounting hole suitable for a #10 screw
- DFARS compliant
- Steel Cushion Clamps
  - Light to heavy-duty steel clamp
  - E.P.D.M. cushion for electrical insulation and vibration absorption
  - Steel clamps are zinc electroplated for corrosion resistance
