Guerrilla RF GRF5613-EVB Evaluation Board

Guerrilla RF GRF5613-EVB Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the GRF5613 3.5 W power amplifier. This GRF5613 power amplifier offers a rugged design that is highly resilient to mismatch loads. The GRF5613 power amplifier provides a 2-stage InGaP HBT and high-gain to deliver 35.4dBm output power at P1dB over the 1350MHz to 1450MHz band. This GRF5613-EVB evaluation board features digital shutdown, a compact 3mm x 3mm QFN-16 package, and is RoHS compliant.
