Guerrilla RF GRF2176 Low Noise Amplifier (LNA)

Guerrilla RF GRF2176 Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) is a two-stage GaAs pHEMT amplifier that offers excellent linearity performance over wide bandwidths. The second stage can be bypassed with an independent control pin, which allows the amplifier to support 32.4dB and 15.8dB gains. The GRF2176 amplifier is designed to operate with a 5V single-supply voltage while using 66mA native mode Quiescent current. This amplifier supports a 2.7V to 6V supply voltage range. The GRF2176 amplifier complies with RoHS and Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1) standards. This amplifier is used in high-performance RF infrastructure, TDD small cells and cellular repeaters, and 5G sub-6GHz massive MIMO base stations.
