Fluke MicroScanner™ Industrial Ethernet Cable Testers

Fluke MicroScanner™ Industrial Ethernet Cable Testers are Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) verifiers that provide a time-saving user interface, integrated multimedia support, and expanded service detection capabilities. The MicroScanner Testers display the available PoE class from 802.3at/.3af/.3bt devices, the voltage from passive PoE sources, available services (up to 10G Ethernet), cable length, wiremap, and distance to fault up to 1500 feet. These features are displayed on one screen eliminating the need to toggle between different modes like previous cable verification testers.

The MicroScanner devices feature built-in IntelliTone™ digital and analog toning to locate virtually any cable or wire pair, regardless of the work environment. High-grade data cabling (Cat 5e/6/6A) can be located using the digital mode, while the analog mode is for voice-grade (Cat 3 and below), security/alarm, and speaker wiring. The MicroScanner2 device can also be used with coax cabling.

The testers come standard with the MS-POE Wiremap Adapter, a rubber wrap-around holster (withstands a 1-meter drop test), and a vinyl carrying pouch. Batteries and multi-language user guides are also included.
