Ezurio Nitrogen8M Mini SOM

Ezurio Nitrogen8M Mini System On Module (SOM) features i.MX 8M Mini family of applications processors from NXP. This Ezurio module offers 2GB LPDDR4 RAM and 16GB eMMC. The Nitrogen8M Mini SOM features industrial temperature and conformal coating. This SOM operates from a power supply of 5V at a temperature range from 0°C to 70°C (-40°C to 85°C optional).
