Ezurio 60 Series SOMs is a wireless communications subsystem that may be integrated into various host devices through many available electronic and logical interfaces. The 60 Series SOMs deliver full enterprise-class Wi-Fi connectivity with an integrated TCP/IP stack. The devices additionally provide full support for 2×2 MIMO 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac WLAN plus BLUETOOTH® 5.1 dual-mode air standards with a fully integrated security supplicant supplying WPA/WPA2/WPA3 authentication, data encryption, and BT protocol stacks.
The Ezurio 60 Series SOMs offer various interfaces, including RMII, RGMII, serial UART, Hi-Speed USB, SPI, SDIO, TTL RGB, PCM, and I2C. The wireless bridge may be configured, monitored, and managed via a Command Line Interface (CLI) over an available dedicated console port, through a web interface over a wireless or Ethernet interface, or a remote SDK interface over wireless or Ethernet.
The 60 Series SOMs comprise the Ezurio 60-SIPT Wi-Fi® SiP module, which utilizes Marvell 88W8997/88PG823. The device also features the ARM® Cortex®-A5 processor operating at 536MHz and an MCP memory with 1Gb or 2Gb 32-bit LPDDR1 or LPDDR2 memory, and 2Gb or 4Gb 8-bit SLC NAND flash storage. Several GPIO lines are available for data acquisition and similar applications.
The 453-00137 60 Series SOM uses 1Gb LPDDR2 RAM and 2Gb NAND flash, while the 453-00138 uses 2Gb LPDDR2 RAM and 4Gb NAND flash.
