EPCOS / TDK S07 SIOV Metal Oxide Leaded Varistors

Epcos TDK S07 SIOV Metal Oxide Leaded Varistors are high-performance varistors with a small ø7mm disk and wide 115V_RMS to 460V_RMS operating voltage range. These compact, PSpice-modeled varistors feature high surge current ratings up to 1200A and no derating up to +105°C ambient temperature. Applications include consumer, power metering, communication systems, household appliances, and power supply units.
