EPCOS/TDK B78541A InsuGate Gate-Drive Transformers feature 4pF coupling capacity, 50μH inductance, ≥9.2mm creepage distance, ≥8.14mm clearance distance, and >100MΩ insulation resistance R_ISO. These SMT transformers operate from 100kHz to 500kHz frequency range and -40°C to 150°C temperature range. The transformation ratios of the windings for B78541A2467A003 are 1:1.08 and 1:1.07:0.6 for B78541A2492A003. The B78541A transformers are qualified according to AEC-Q200 and AQG vibration profiles.
