ECS ECS-TXO-3225MV MultiVolt™ SMD TCXO Oscillators

ECS ECS-TXO-3225MV MultiVolt™ SMD TCXO Oscillators offer a MultiVolt™ capability of 1.7V to 3.6V and a frequency range of 8.0MHz to 60.0MHz in a miniature package. Other features include a wide operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C, a start-up time of 10mS, 15pF CMOS output load, and 6.0mA maximum current consumption. The ECS ECS-TXO-3225MV oscillators come in a 3.2mm x 2.5mm x 1.2mm ceramic package and are compatible with a 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V power supply. Typical applications include LoRaWAN®, low power/portable, industrial, and Internet of Things (IoT).
