Diotec Semiconductor SK40xCD2-3G SMD Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diodes

Diotec Semiconductor SK40xCD2-3G SMD Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diodes are third-generation diodes with lower reverse leakage and forward voltage than the SK4045CD2 Diodes. SK40xCD2-3G diodes feature a 58A maximum repetitive peak forward current, 640pF typical junction capacitance, and 530mV to 600mV forward voltage range in a -50°C to +150°C junction temperature range. The Diotec Semiconductor SK40xCD2-3G SMD Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diodes are for output rectification in DC-DC converters/power supplies, solar bypass diodes, free-wheeling diodes, and polarity protection.
