Diotec Semiconductor ABS SMD Single Phase Bridge Rectifiers

Diotec Semiconductor ABS SMD Single-Phase Bridge Rectifiers feature a 4mm pitch for high creepage and clearance in a 5mm x 4.4mm x 1.4mm SO-DIL-4 package. These devices utilize Si technology to provide low reverse leakage currents and high surge currents. Operating in a wide -50°C to +150°C temperature range, the ABS rectifiers offer a 200V to 2kV peak reverse voltage range, an 800mA to 2A forward current range, and a 1.1V to 1.3V forward voltage range. The Diotec Semiconductor ABS single-phase bridge rectifiers are ideal for 50/60Hz mains rectification, rectification of low and medium frequencies, power supplies, and commercial / industrial uses.
