Diodes Incorporated PI5USB212 USB 2.0 Signal Conditioners enhance signals and apply pre-emphasis to address ISI signal loss in channels before and after the conditioner. Diodes Incorporated PI5USB212 features a patent-pending design for maintaining a stable common mode with symmetrical boost/pre-emphasis on D+/D-. This device is versatile and suitable for USB hosts or device applications, whether placed far from USB PHY or away from connector points. Depending on channel conditions, configuration of boost/pre-emphasis and receiver sensitivity levels is possible through pin or I2C mode. Additionally, it can detect and report device attach and high-speed handshake success.
