Diodes Incorporated PI2MEQX2503 CSI-2/DSI D-PHY ReDriver

Diodes Incorporated PI2MEQX2503 CSI-2/DSI D-PHY ReDriver offers two lanes and a clock MIPI D-PHY ReDriver with regeneration of the D-PHY signaling. The PI2MEQX2503 complies with the MIPI D-PHY1.2 standard and can be used in a MIPI CSI-2 or MIPI DSI application at data rates of up to 2.5Gbps in D-PHY. The device compensates for PCB, connector, cable-related, and switching-related loss by providing the optimum electrical performance from a CSI2/DSI source to sink.

The inputs of the Diodes Inc PI2MEQX2503 ReDriver feature configurable equalizers. The PI2MEQX2503 output voltage swing and edge rate can be adjusted by changing the pin state. The device is optimized for mobile applications and incorporates activity detection circuitry on the D-PHY Link interface that can traverse into a lower power mode when in ULPS and LP states.

The PI2MEQX2503 operates at an industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
