Diodes Incorporated AP7361EA 1A Linear Regulators

Diodes Incorporated AP7361EA 1A Linear Regulators are fixed and adjustable voltage, ultra-low dropout regulators with enable functions. These regulators include pass elements, error amplifiers, band-gap references, thermal shutdown circuitry, and current limiting capability. The AP7361EA regulators are powered when the EN pin is set to a logical high level and have differential features like low dropout voltage and low quiescent current. The regulator’s built-in current-limiting and thermal-shutdown functions protect the IC from damage under fault conditions. Typical applications of the AP7361EA regulators are laptops, computers, audio/video equipment, and battery-powered devices.
