Diodes Incorporated AP62400 & AP62401 Synchronous Buck Converters

Diodes Incorporated AP62400 and AP62401 Synchronous Buck Converters feature a wide input voltage range of 4.2V to 18V. The Diodes Incorporated AP62400 and AP62401 feature integrated high- and low-side power MOSFETs (50mΩ and 22mΩ) for efficient DC-DC conversion. This device simplifies usage by minimizing external components through its Constant On-Time (COT) control, ensuring fast transient response, easy loop stabilization, and low output voltage ripple. The device is also designed for reduced Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), thanks to a proprietary gate driver scheme that mitigates high-frequency radiated EMI noise during MOSFET switching. The AP62400/AP62401 is available in a TSOT26 package.
