Diodes Incorporated AP22913x-EVM Evaluation Boards

Diodes Incorporated AP22913x-EVM Evaluation Boards are designed to evaluate AP22913 a single P-channel MOSFET load switches. These boards demonstrate the AP22913 MOSFETs current handling capacity with its controlled turn on, low RDS(on₎, and very low quiescent current specification. The AP22913x-EVM boards offer 1.4V to 5.5V input and output voltage range and are capable of handling up to 2A continuous current. These boards operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range and come in 53.34mm(L) x 43.82mm(W) dimensions. The AP22913x-EVM boards are ideal for use in portable media devices, wearable devices, portable medical devices, GPS and navigation equipment, and smartphones.
