Diodes Incorporated AP22615AWU-EVM Evaluation Module is a platform for evaluating the performance of the AP22615/AP22815 Power Switches. The AP22815/AP22615 Power Distribution Switches offer output overvoltage protection (OVP) and is designed for USB and other hot-swap applications.

The Diodes Inc AP22615AWU-EVM Evaluation Module includes all passive components required for device operation. The input pin should be connected to an external supply; the output should be connected to a load.

  • 3.0V ~ 5.5V Input voltage range
  • 40mΩ on-resistance
  • Built-in soft-start with 2.1ms typical rise time
  • Fault report (FLG) with blanking time (7ms typ)
  • Accurate Adjustable Current Limit, 0.4A~4.0A (AP22615 only)
  • 2KV HBM, 200V MM ESD protection
  • Active low or active high enable
