Diodes Incorporated AH3524A Hall-Effect Omnipolar Switches are ideal for proximity, position, and level sensing in industrial, home appliances, and personal care devices. The Diodes Incorporated AH3524A operates reliably across a supply range of 3.0V to 28V. The device features a chopper-stabilized architecture and includes internal circuitry with temperature compensation. The device has a reverse blocking diode, a Zener clamp for supply protection, overcurrent limit, and a Zener clamp on the output for enhanced robustness.
