Diodes Incorporated AH3323A High-Voltage Hall-Effect Unipolar Switches are designed for proximity, position, and level sensing in industrial, home appliance, and personal care applications. The Diodes Incorporated AH3323A operates seamlessly within a supply range of 3.0V to 28V, ensuring reliability. The design incorporates a chopper-stabilized architecture, an internal bandgap regulator for temperature-compensated supply, and protective features like a reverse-blocking diode with a Zener clamp on the supply. Additionally, the output is equipped with an overcurrent limit and a Zener clamp.
