Diodes Incorporated AH1899 Micropower Omnipolar Hall-Effect Switches

Diodes Incorporated AH1899 Micropower Omnipolar Hall-Effect Switches are low-power ICs with high sensitivity designed for portable devices like cell phones and laptops. The Diodes Incorporated AH1899A and AH1899B have a low average supply current of 0.95µA at 1.2V and 1.1µA at 1.8V. The AH1899S has an average supply current of only 5.1µA at 1.2V and 5.8µA at 1.8V. The devices operate in the range of 1.1V to 2.0V and utilize a hibernating clocking system to reduce power consumption. The compact X2-DFN1010-4 (Type B) package minimizes PCB space.
