Cree LED XLamp® XD16 Premium White LEDs are extreme density LEDs, delivering up to 5½ times higher lumen density than the previous generation of high-power LEDs. The XD16 is housed in a ceramic-based package that addresses challenges with luminaire manufacturing, thermal design, optical design, and reliability that have been experienced with competing LEDs.
The Cree LED XLamp XD16 Premium White LEDs upgrade the LED’s optical profile to work well with secondary optics and reduce cross-talk between LEDs. The XD16 is optimized for all lighting applications requiring extreme lumen density levels, including indoor directional, portable, and aftermarket automotive.
