Cornell Dubilier (CDE) VMF and VPF Hybrid LIC Supercapacitors provide 10F to 220F capacitance values, low equivalent series resistance (ESR), and high current handling. CDE VMF and VPF Supercapacitors operate from -25°C to +85°C and are rated up to 500,000 charge/discharge cycles. The series also offers a higher operating voltage at 3.8V compared to typical supercapacitors. Applications include solar/wind, energy storage, and pulse power.
