Cornell Dubilier (CDE) DSF 3V Supercapacitors are high-voltage capacitors with fast charge and discharge, high power density, and low equivalent series resistance (ESR). The series operates over a -40°C to 85°C temperature range and has a lifetime of 1000 hours with rated voltage applied at +65°C. CDE DSF 3V Supercapacitors offer a 1.2F to 600F capacitance range and are ideal for use in battery backup and alternative applications, as well as pulse power, energy harvesting, LED displays, mechanical actuators, and audio systems.
