Comchip Technology CPDWL5V0-HF SMD ESD Protection Diode

Comchip Technology CPDWL5V0-HF SMD Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) Protection Diode is designed for bi-directional ESD protection. This ESD diode features high component density, low clamping voltage, and low leakage. The CPDWL5V0-HF diode offers ±18kV ESD capability and 5V working peak reverse voltage (VRWM). This diode comes in a 01005 molded plastic surface mount package.
