Central Semiconductor CRU247 Rectifier Diodes

Central Semiconductor CRU247 Rectifier Diodes are hyperfast recovery rectifiers designed for high-current switching applications. These diodes are manufactured in a TO-247 case and are used with SuperJunction MOSFETs. The CRU247 rectifier diodes offer dual diode configuration, fast reverse recovery time, and high current capability. These diodes feature 600V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage, 600V maximum DC blocking voltage, and a -55°C to 150°C operating temperature range. The CRU247 rectifier diodes are through-hole mounted and are compliant with RoHS and REACH. Typical applications include flyback diode configurations, DC/DC converters, and switch-mode power supplies.
