Broadcom PLCC-4 Tricolor Black Surface LEDs are SMT LEDs housed in a PLCC-4 package. The LEDs feature a wide viewing angle with a built-in reflector that drives up the intensity of light output. This makes these LEDs ideal for use in interior electronics signs. The blacktop surface of the LED provides better contrast enhancement, especially in full-color displays.
