Bourns CHP-Q Ultra-High Power Chip Resistors offer a 0.75W maximum power rating, are AEC-Q200 compliant, and operate in a -55°C to +155°C temperature range. CHP-Q resistors are manufactured using a thick film element printed onto a ceramic substrate and provide high reliability for consumer electronics, power supplies, and communication base stations. The high-rated power and excellent pulse load capability make these resistors suitable for current limiters and snubber circuits, as well as balancing and bleeder versions.
