Apacer Technology Inc. DDR4 Synchronous DRAMs (SDRAMs) are high-density memory modules that come in FBGA packages. These SDRAMs feature an 8-bit pre-fetch, Burst Length (BL) switch on-the-fly Burst Length 8 or Burst Chop (BC) 4, and a bi-directional differential data strobe. The DDR4 SDRAMs also feature Serial Presence Detect (SPD), 16 internal banks (4 bank groups), and 7.8μs average refresh cycles (at 0°C≤ TC ≤85°C). These SDRAMs support per DRAM addressability, write CRC, Data Bus Inversion (DBI), and Command/Address (CA) parity mode. The DDR4 SDRAMs are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
