Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX98365 Digital Class-D Amplifier

Analog Devices MAX98365 Digital Class-D Amplifier is an easy-to-use, low-cost digital input amplifier with high-performance efficiency. The MAX98365 Amplifier provides industry-leading Class-AB audio performance with Class-D efficiency. The MAX98365 is compact in size, cost-effective, and has a plug-and-play design. This device eliminates the need for the external MCLK signal, which is used for PCM communication, and reduces EMI and possible board coupling issues. The MAX98365 has a wide supply range of 3V to 14V, with 1ms turn-ON time and 92.7% efficiency. The MAX98365 Amplifier is optimized for use in smart speakers, notebook computers, IoT devices, gaming devices (audio and haptics), smartphones, tablets, and cameras.

Analog Devices MAX98365 Digital Class-D Amplifier is housed in a compact 12-bump Wafer-Level Package (WLP) ideal for space-constrained applications.
