Analog Devices Inc. LTM4673 μModule® Step-Down Regulator is a quad output, dual 12A and dual 5A, switching mode DC-DC step-down μModule (power module) regulator. The LTM4673 integrates a 4-channel Power System Manager used to sequence, trim (servo), margin, supervise, manage faults, provide telemetry, and create fault logs. The device operates over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 15.0V. The LTM4673 supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 3.3V for 12A channels and 0.6V to 5.5V for 5A channels. Only bulk input and output capacitors are needed.
The LTM4673 features a 2-wire serial interface that allows outputs to be precisely margined, tuned, and programmable sequenced up and down. An internal 16-bit Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) monitors and supervises input and all four output voltages, currents, and temperatures. Faults can be programmed for overcurrent and undercurrent, voltage, and temperature threshold limits for four output channels and over and under-voltage for the input.
The Analog Devices Inc. LTM4673 μModule® Step-Down Regulator is offered in a 16.0mm × 16.0mm × 4.72mm BGA package with RoHS compliant terminal finish.
