Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADL8100 Evaluation Board

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADL8100 Evaluation Board features a 2-layer PCB made from 10 mils thick Rogers 4350B with copper cladding mounted on an aluminum heat spreader. The heat spreader provides thermal relief and mechanical support to the PCB. Mounting holes facilitate attachment to larger heat sinks for better thermal management. The Analog Devices ADL8100ACPZN-EVALZ and ADL8100ACPZN-EVAL1Z feature RFIN and RFOUT ports with 2.9mm female coaxial connectors. The corresponding RF traces maintain a 50Ω characteristic impedance. These boards have components suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C.
