Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADG1412LEBZ Evaluation Board

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADG1412LEBZ Evaluation Board is engineered for the ADG1412L quad SPST switch. The ADG1412L is a monolithic Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) device containing four independently selectable switches designed using the iCMOS® process. The four SPST switches are turned on with logic one and an external VL supply, which delivers flexibility for lower logic control. This ADG1412L switch supplies a maximum of 2.6Ω on-resistance over temperature and guaranteed switch-off when digital inputs are floating. The on-resistance profile is flat over the full analog input range while switching signals, ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion (1.5Ω typical). The ADG1412L is both 1.2 V and 1.8 V JEDEC standard compliant.

Features

  • Single inline headers provide flexibility for the field programmable gate array or microcontroller 1.2 V or 1.8V logic-input signals
  • Surface-mount device pin resistor or capacitor sockets available for the addition of passive components
  • SMB connector sockets provide flexibility for the input and output signals

Required Equipment

  • DC voltage source (VDD/VSS)
    • ±15V for dual supply
  • Optional digital logic supply (VL)
    • 1.1V to 1.3V for 1.2V logic
    • 1.65V to 1.95V for 1.8V logic
  • Analog signal source
  • Method to measure voltage, such as a digital multimeter
