Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5301 Reflective SPDT Switches

Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5301 Reflective SPDT Switches are designed for 5G applications from 37GHz to 49GHz. The silicon-manufactured ADRF5301 switches offer a low 1.4dB insertion loss, high isolation of 30dB, and 28dBm average RF input power handling capability (36dBm peak). An incorporated negative voltage generator (NVG) operates with a single positive 3.3V supply applied to the VDD pin. The device employs complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)-/low voltage transistor-to-transistor logic (LVTTL)-compatible control. Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5301 Reflective SPDT Switches reside in a 20-terminal, 3mm2 LGA package and operate from -40°C to +105°C.
