Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5032 SPDT Switches

Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5032 SPDT Switches are reflective, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches manufactured using silicon. The ADRF5032 features a 1GHz to 60GHz frequency range with an insertion loss lower than 2.0dB and isolation higher than 32dB. The switches offer an RF input power handling capability of 24dBm for both through paths and 21dBm for hot switching. The ADRF5032 requires a ±3.3V dual supply voltage. The device utilizes a CMOS and low-voltage transistor logic (LVTTL) compatible control.

The ADRF5032 is available in a 12-terminal, 2.5mm × 2.5mm, RoHS-compliant land grid array (LGA) and operates from -40°C to +105°C.
