Analog Devices Inc. ADR3625 High Current Output Voltage References

Analog Devices Inc. ADR3625 High Current Output Voltage References are low-power, high-precision components with a maximum temperature coefficient of 3ppm/°C (B-grade) in an 8-lead MSOP package. Capable of sourcing up to 70mA, the ADR3625 provides an exceptional replacement to standard low dropout (LDO) regulators. The output voltage and temperature coefficient are trimmed during production using the proprietary DigiTrim® technology for high accuracy. Low -7ppm thermal hysteresis and low long-term drift (160ppm at 4500 Hr) improve system lifetime accuracy. A minimum 0.1μF load capacitance is required for operation. The ADR3625 voltage references operate over a -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
