Analog Devices Inc. ADPA7005 Power Amplifiers

Analog Devices Inc. ADPA7005 Power Amplifiers are Gallium Arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transfer (pHEMT), and Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) devices. These amplifiers feature an integrated temperature-compensated on-chip power detector that operates between 18GHz and 44GHz. The ADPA7005 amplifiers provide 15.5dB of small signal gain and approximately 32dBm of saturated output power at 32GHz from a 5V supply voltage. These amplifiers feature an IP3 of 40dBm and are ideal for linear applications like electronic counter-measure and instrumentation applications requiring >30dBm of efficient saturated output power. The ADPA7005 amplifiers are packaged in a 7mm x 7mm and 18-terminal ceramic leadless chip carrier with a heat-sink (LCC_HS) that exhibits low thermal resistance.
