Analog Devices Inc. ADL8112 10MHz to 26.5GHz Amplifiers

Analog Devices ADL8112 10MHz to 26.5GHz Amplifiers are low noise amplifiers (LNA) with bypass switches. The ADL8112 provides a low noise figure of 4dB and an output third-order intercept point (OIP3) of 22.5dBm. The amps feature a gain of 13.5dB that is stable over frequency, temperature, power supply, and from device to device. Multiple paths through the device are possible by integrating an amplifier and two single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) reflective switches. The addition of switches provides a high third-order input intercept (IIP3) path when significant input signals are present. Due to the integration of power supply decoupling capacitors, minimal external power supply decoupling is needed.

The ADI ADL8112 amps are fully specified across -40°C to +85°C for operation and offered in a 6mm x 6mm, 28-terminal land grid array (LGA) package.
