Analog Devices Inc. ADL8106 Low Noise Amplifiers

Analog Devices Inc. ADL8106 Low Noise Amplifiers are gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transfer (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), wideband low noise amplifiers. The ADL8106 integrates all typically required external passive components for operation with a small and compact printed circuit board (PCB) footprint. The ADL8106 operates from 18GHz to 54GHz and provides a gain of 21.5dB. The device features an output power for 1dB compression (OP1dB) of 14.5dBm, and a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 21.5dBm at 30GHz to 44GHz.

The ADI ADL8106 Low Noise Amplifiers need 120mA from a 3V supply voltage (VDDx). The ADL8106 is available in a 5.00mm x 5.00mm, 24-terminal chip array small outline with no lead cavity (LGA_CAV) package.
