Analog Devices Inc. ADL8105 Low Noise Amplifier

Analog Devices Inc. ADL8105 Low Noise Amplifiers offer a 5GHz to 20GHz operating range. The ADL8105 GaAs, MMIC, pHEMT, and low noise wideband amps feature a typical gain of 27dB at 12GHz to 17GHz. Additionally, the device delivers a 1.8dB typical noise figure from 12GHz to 17GHz, a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 30.5dBm at 12GHz to 17GHz, and a saturated output power (PSAT) of up to 20.5dBm, requiring only 90mA from a 5V supply voltage.

The ADI ADL8105 Low Noise Amplifier lowers the power dissipation via the OIP3 and output power (POUT). The Amplifier supports internally ac-coupled RFIN and RFOUT pins with an integrated bias inductor, ideal for surface-mounted technology (SMT)-based high-capacity microwave radio applications.

The ADL8105 is available in a 2mm x 2mm, 8-lead RoHS-compliant package.
