Analog Devices Inc. ADL6337 RF Amplifier

Analog Devices ADL6337 RF Amplifier is a single-channel, high-linearity transmit Variable Gain Amplifier (VGA) for RF DACs, transceivers, and SoCs to power amplifier interface. This amplifier provides a highly integrated RF VGA solution for transmit paths. The ADL6337 amplifier includes linearity and performance optimization features to change two types of bias current blocks, IREF and IP3. This amplifier is an integrated RF balun and can be configured as a differential input, a single-ended output. This single-ended output allows high-performance RF capability in the 500MHz to 5200MHz frequency range. The ADL6337 amplifier is ideal for 2G/3G/4G/Long-Term Evolution (LTE) in FDD/TDD broadband and communication systems.
