Analog Devices Inc. ADCA5191 5MHz to 1800MHz Broadband CATV Amplifiers

Analog Devices Inc. ADCA5191 5MHz to 1800MHz Broadband CATV Amplifiers are medium power gain block amplifiers with excellent linearity across a flexible bias range. This feature enables a power-efficient design implementation for various applications. The ADCA5191 supports 25.8dB of flat gain up to 1800MHz, ideal for Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification (DOCSIS) 4.0 downstream applications. Additionally, the device is also well suited for upstream applications to 700MHz as the output stage.

The ADI ADCA5191 5MHz to 1800MHz Broadband CATV Amplifiers are available in an industry-standard, 5mm × 5mm, 32-lead, lead frame chip-scale package (LFCSP). The package provides an exposed pad on the bottom for improved thermal performance.
