Analog Devices Inc. AD4630-16/AD4632-16 Dual Channel 16-Bit SAR ADCs are Easy Drive, 2 MSPS successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADC). The AD4630 has a guaranteed maximum ±0.9ppm INL and no missing codes at 16 bits. The devices achieve unparalleled precision from −40°C to +125°C.
