ams OSRAM SFH27x3 PIN Photodiodes

SFH2703

SFH2703 is a CHIPLED® Broadband Silicon PIN photodiode that offers 2kV maximum ESD withstand voltage. The SFH2703 provides a 940nm wavelength of maximum sensitivity, 0.95V forward voltage, and 9pF capacitance. 

SFH2713

SFH2713 is a CHIPLED IR-cut silicon PIN photodiode that features a 1.5kV maximum ESD withstand voltage. The SFH2713 offers a 635nm wavelength of maximum sensitivity, 0.90V forward voltage, and 50pF capacitance.
