ams OSRAM OSLON® Optimal Red LEDs

ams OSRAM OSLON® Optimal Red LEDs offer high reliability, robustness, 640nm peak wavelength, and 120° typical radiation in an SMT ceramic package. These LEDs feature 485mW typical radiant flux, 66.3% radiant efficiency, 2.58umol/s photon flux, and 3.53umol/j photon flux efficacy. The red LEDs operate at -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range, 30mA to 1000mA forward current, and 2000mA surge current. The red LEDs are ideal for agriculture, horticulture, indoor lighting, entertainment, and outdoor and industrial lighting.
