ams OSRAM Metal Can^® PLT3 Blue Laser Diode is a single-mode semiconductor laser in a TO38 ICut package. This laser diode offers better beam quality, high modulation bandwidth, and tighter electro-optical tolerances. The PLT3 laser diode features a 450nm typical emission wavelength, 100mW typical peak output power, and 2V reverse voltage (T_case at 25°C). This laser diode is an efficient radiation source for Continuous Wave (CW) and pulsed operation. The PLT3 laser diode operates within the -20°C to 70°C temperature range.
